Even in the heartbreak, KL Rahul gave fans a moment to hold on to. After managing just 1 run in his first two games, he finally looked back in rhythm. Calm and in control, he brought up a quick half-century in just 29 balls while chasing 211.
And there was a wholesome moment in the stands too. As Rahul reached his fifty, both Athiya Shetty and Ahan Shetty were seen cheering for him, standing up and applauding his comeback knock.
Rahul carried the chase almost till the end with a brilliant 92 off 52 balls, but it just wasn’t enough as Delhi fell short on the very last ball.
