US federal authorities have arrested four individuals accused of plotting coordinated New Year’s Eve bomb attacks across Southern California. The suspects, allegedly linked to the Turtle Island Liberation Front, were preparing to test improvised explosive devices in the desert. A fifth arrest was made in New Orleans in connection with a separate planned attack.
