After the death of Matthew Perry at the age of 54, his family has opened up about the loss. Perry reportedly died after drowning on October 28. His family has now expressed their deep sorrow and grief over his untimely and tragic passing.
In a statement released on a news portal, the family stated, “We are heartbroken by the tragic loss of our beloved son and brother. Matthew brought so much joy to the world, both as an actor and a friend.”
“You all meant so much to him and we appreciate the tremendous outpouring of love,” they added.
As per reports, Matthew was found dead in a jacuzzi at his residence in Los Angeles. There is no suspicion of any foul play related to his death. According to a spokesperson from the Los Angeles Police Department, officers were called to Matthew’s residence after receiving a report of a man in his 50s who had passed away.
