‘Less crowded’: Arvind Kejriwal housed in jail no. 2, meant for convicts

Arvind Kejriwal has been lodged in Tihar’s 14x8ft cell for two weeks. The cell is under CCTV surveillance, with Z+ security, medical staff standby, and home-cooked dietary routine. Housing around 600 individuals, the complex is less crowded than the jails meant for under-trial prisoners and has thus been chosen to house Kejriwal.
