Diamond cricket club in Diamond heights colony, Nallagandla is organizing first cricket tournament on Jan 03 and Jan 04 between 4 Teams, DCC Mavericks, DCC Phoenix, DCC Yodhas, DCC strikers. In impossible sequence of events they have prepared a compact place with perfecr pitch to conduct tournament and give trophies and medals on Republic Day.

These rules are applicable to the compact cricket ground in diamond heights colony. Most of the standard cricket rules are applicable but it has list of ground specific rules.

Boundaries:
a) Only 4s are present and NO 6s
b) Left and Right side Compound wall pillars below grill height are bounderies. Poles near boundary are in green and marked as 4.
c) Straight compound wall in front of apartment is boundary.
d) Straight first pair of trees are boundaries, if ball directly lands above the line will not be 4 but out
e) Any shot below grill height that is blocked by current pole on left side of pitch will be boundary.
g) Batsman hits above agreed height and fielder touches the ball in attempt for catch then it is 4.
h) Any shot that is blocked by Tree is not 4.
i) Any potential out deflected by tree but touches boundary below grill height then its 4.
k) Fielder overthrow will have runs but not boundary.
Rules for OUT:
a) Out based on height on back side is removed.
b) Out based on direct shot above bottom grill is shifted to wall grill. 4 feet increased.
c) Out based on direct shot beyond straight boundary is out.
d) Out based on projection is no more present.
e) Out if Batsman hits the ball for 6.
Bowler Rules:
a) Standard bowling action is allowed with no speed constraint.
b) Any action of throw with very high speed can be objected by batsman as invalid.
c) Ball going above shoulder will be given first bounce.
d) Ball going above head is No Ball.
f) Any bowler can bowl 12 balls in an inngings.
Additional Rules:
Umpire Decision is final.
Every innings new ball.
8 overs per innings.
