US President Donald Trump on Friday reiterated his claim of brokering peace between India and Pakistan and lamented that he won’t be honoured with a Nobel Peace prize for “stopping” a possible war between the two countries last month.

Vladimir Putin declared Russians and Ukrainians as “one people,” implying Russia’s claim over Ukraine, while denying intentions to destroy the country. He stated that peace hinges on Ukraine accepting Russia’s territorial gains and neutrality. Putin warned Ukraine against using a “dirty bomb,” threatening a catastrophic response, amidst ongoing Russian military actions and accusations of Ukrainian shelling.
