President Donald Trump said on Friday he might support a ceasefire in the week-old aerial conflict between U.S. ally Israel and its regional rival Iran “depending on the circumstances”.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) initiated three distinct cases on May 9, in accordance with directives issued by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, the agency said in a release on Thursday.

Vladimir Putin expressed concern about the increasing risk of a global conflict. He cited the Russia-Ukraine war and Israel-Iran tensions. Putin highlighted developments around Iranian nuclear facilities. Russia plans to expand military cooperation with friendly countries. This includes joint weapon production and personnel training. Moscow aims to modernise its armed forces. Putin offered to mediate between Iran and Israel.
