Amidst the escalating Iran-Israel crisis, the Indian government has decided to evacuate Indian nationals from Israel who wish to return. Travel will be facilitated via land borders and then by air to India. Registration details and contact information for the Indian Embassy in Tel Aviv have been provided for assistance.

This comes only a day after Air India cancelled three of its international flights citing maintenance and technical issues as reasons.

Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu said there should be no speculation over the Air India crash so that the probe can proceed with “seriousness and professionalism”
