Britain pledged on Wednesday to supply 100,000 drones to Ukraine by the end of the current financial year in April 2026, marking a tenfold increase, after saying the unmanned aerial vehicles had transformed the way wars are fought.

The ten elected members of the U.N. Security Council have asked for the 15-member body to vote on Wednesday on a draft resolution that demands “an immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire in Gaza respected by all parties,” said diplomats.

The all-party delegation of Indian parliamentarians, led by Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, arrived here on Tuesday for meetings with US officials, lawmakers and policy experts as part of the diplomatic outreach following Operation Sindoor.
