The Delhi Police arrested 24-year-old Vijay alias Lale in a hit-and-run and attempt-to-murder case involving a security guard at Mahipalpur Flyover. The accused allegedly ran over the victim after an argument over honking. The victim sustained serious leg injuries. A Mahindra Thar, identified via CCTV, was seized, and the arrest was made within six hours of the incident.

The whole incident was caught on CCTV camera and the footage has been widely shared on social media platforms

The incident came to light as another teacher saw the student and noticed his face, which looked like he had been slapped. The student then narrated the incident.
