A Russian missile strike on the residential area of Kryvyi Rih killed 18 people, including nine children, and wounded over two dozen others. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accuses Russia of deliberate attacks and neglecting ceasefire agreements. Russia confirmed the strike, claiming it targeted a restaurant where commanders and Western instructors were meeting.
