In his detailed submission to the Delhi High Court, the judge rejected the allegation that any cash had been stored in the storeroom, emphasising that the suggestion of keeping cash in an open, easily accessible storeroom near the staff quarters or in an outhouse is both highly “incredible and incredulous.”
