A substantial political controversy has erupted in the Karnataka assembly over allegations of a honeytrap scandal involving a senior minister and 48 others, including legislators, politicians, and judges. The issue was highlighted by Minister K N Rajanna, who confessed to being honey-trapped himself, leading to calls for a thorough investigation.

Authorities in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut unearthed alarming details involving Sahil Shukla, accused of murdering ex-navy officer Saurabh Rajput. Sahil’s room, filled with black magic symbols, hints at his obsession with the occult, reportedly exploited by co-accused, Muskan Rastogi, who manipulated him to execute the crime.

“This summer, Bengaluru will not be thirsty, but Bengaluru needs to be thrifty when it comes to its water resources,” said Ram Prasath Manohar, Chairman of the BWSSB, to News18.
