In Balochistan, a Pakistani military convoy was attacked by the Baloch Liberation Army, resulting in 90 army personnel deaths. The convoy comprised eight buses, with one completely destroyed. However, a Pakistani police officer confirmed five paramilitary deaths. Earlier this week, a similar attack by the BLA led the military to free hostages from a train siege in Balochistan.

RJD MLA Tej Pratap Yadav was fined Rs. 4,000 for riding a scooter without a helmet during Holi celebrations in Patna. Additionally, his security constable was relieved of duty after being seen dancing in uniform, following Yadav’s controversial instruction to perform a ‘thumka’ under threat of suspension.
