Hospitals have been built at three police stations premises on National Highway 19 between Varanasi and Prayagraj for the convenience of devotees coming to the holy city for Maha Kumbh

Dense fog in Delhi caused significant train delays, prompting the IMD to issue a ‘yellow’ alert for the NCR until Wednesday. Temperatures range between 6-7°C. Despite recent rain improving air quality, AQI remains ‘poor’. Stage-III restrictions were lifted, but Stage-I and II restrictions continue to prevent further air quality deterioration.

The Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 has commenced at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, drawing millions of devotees from around the world for religious rituals, including the sacred ‘Shahi Snan’.
