Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF), a radical Sikh group established in 1993 by Ranjeet Singh Neeta, aims to create a sovereign Khalistan state. With strong ties to Pakistan’s ISI, KZF targets police facilities in Punjab and radicalizes Sikhs globally. Neeta was declared a terrorist under UAPA in 2020.

In Agra, a truck driver dragged two men under his vehicle for approximately 300 meters after an accident. Local residents intervened and forced the driver to stop, saving the men. The driver was arrested, and the victims, who are in stable condition, are receiving treatment at a nearby hospital.

The police intervention resulted in a demand for him to pay Rs 9,99,577 for the deployment of 99 officers and government vehicles.
