A Hindu group, Hindu Sena, has filed a lawsuit claiming the Ajmer dargah, a Sufi shrine, was built over a Shiva temple. They cite historical texts and seek an ASI survey. The dargah committee calls the claims baseless and divisive. The court will hear the case on December 20th.

Lashkar-e-Taiba member Salman Rehman Khan, accused of supplying weapons for Bengaluru terror activities, has been extradited from Rwanda. A joint operation by the CBI, NIA, and Interpol, facilitated by a Red Notice, secured Khan’s return after he was traced to Rwanda. This marks another successful extradition following recent operations in Saudi Arabia, highlighting India’s increasing international cooperation in apprehending fugitives.
