Liam Payne tragically passed away after falling from a balcony in Buenos Aires. He was 31 at the time of his death. His friends and family, including the One Direction members attended Payne’s private service held at St. Mary’s Church in Buckinghamshire, England.

Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan attended the funeral to pay their last respects to their late bandmate. Some photos from the service have surfaced on social media where the members are seen standing next to each other. According to several reports, the ceremony was kept private, with only family and close friends in attendance. Fans urged one another on social media to stay away from the funeral.

The funeral was also attended by Kate Cassidy, Payne’s girlfriend who was with him in Buenos Aires until days before his death. Cheryl Cole, Payne’s former girlfriend and the mother of his seven-year-old son Bear attended the funeral as well.

The 55th International Film Festival of India has kicked off, and the opening ceremony red carpet was graced by several celebrities, including Bhumi Pednekar, Jaideep Ahlawat, Sunny Kaushal, Ishaan Khatter, Sanya Malhotra, and Manushi Chhillar.

Bhumi Pednekar arrived on the red carpet wearing a silver saree and opted for soft glam makeup. Manushi looked elegant in a blue corset top which she styled with a V-shaped pleated skirt. She completed her looks with a sparkling neckpiece. Sanya, on the other hand, turned heads in a white ensemble. She opted for a pristine blazer with brass buttons along with a dhoti skirt. Amid AR Rahman’s divorce announcement, his bassist Mohini Dey, too, announced her separation from her husband Mark Hartsuch. Following this, AR Rahman and Saira Banu’s legal representative has dismissed the rumours of any links between these two incidents. Their lawyer Vandana Shah said, “There is no connection at all. Saira and Mr Rahman made this decision on their own.”

She also spoke about whether there was any discussion of financial matters in their divorce and said, “Not as yet. It has not come to this stage yet. It would be an amicable divorce. Both of them are extremely genuine, and this decision was not taken lightly. It is not what you would call a sham marriage.”

Mohini has performed with AR Rahman in over 40 shows. The 29-year-old musician is from Kolkata and is a part of Gaan Bangla’s Wind Of Change.
