As per a notice sent on behalf of Dr Mondal, represented by legal advisor Nripendra Krishna Roy, claims that The Great Indian Kapil Show allegedly disparages the legacy of Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore and risks offending cultural and religious sentiments. While rumours have been circulating about Salman Khan’s production house, receiving a legal notice, the company’s representative has issued a clear statement denying any association with the show which is aired on Netflix.

In the statement – Salman Khan’s representative clarifies that, “we have no association with The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix. Certain sections of the media are reporting that Salman Khan / SKTV have also received the notice, which is incorrect as we are not associated with The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix.”

The statement from Salman Khan’s team clarifies that the production house is no longer associated with any operations of the show aired on Netflix and is not affected by the legal notice in any way.

Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has crossed a remarkable milestone at the worldwide box office. The Anees Bazmee directorial was released on November 1 along with Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. Despite tough competition, the film performed well and has impressed the audience. On Day 12, it earned Rs 4.29 crore approximately at the Indian box office. The collection saw a dip in its second week, however, it has managed to cross Rs 200 crore mark in India, being one of Kartik’s most successful films.

Worldwide, the film has mined Rs 321.75 crore approximately. It is on the path to cross the collection of the Hindi version of SS Rajamouli’s RRR and also the lifetime collection of Drishyam 2. Kartik Aaryan reprises his role as Ruhan aka Rooh Baba in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film sees Vidya Balan returning to the franchise as Manjulika and new entrants Madhuri Dixit Nene and Triptii Dimri.

It also stars Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yada, Sanjay Mishra, Ashwini Kalesar, Rajesh Sharma and Manish Wadhwa in key roles.

Aitraaz starring Priyanka Chopra, Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor completed 20 years since its release. Now, filmmaker Subhash Ghai has announced the film’s sequel, Aitraaz 2. The film will reportedly be directed by OMG 2’s Amit Rai.

Announcing the big news, Subhash Ghai shared a photo of Priyanka from the 2004 film. He captioned the post, “BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL PRIYANKA CHOPRA DARED N DID IT. That’s why cine lovers cannot forget her performance even after 20 years today in #AITRAAZ – produced by Mukta arts.”
