SRKs funny reply to Aryan developing a crush on Mallika Sherawat

Shah Rukh Khan is a man known for his wit and humour, besides his acting skills. Often during his interviews, he shares anecdotes about his personal and professional life and lightens the mood with his humorous way of answering questions. In 2007, the actor appeared on Karan Johar’s talk show Koffee with Karan where the filmmaker posed a hypothetical question to SRK, and his answer had the audience in splits. Karan asked what advice SRK would give to his son Aryan Khan if he develops a crush on Mallika Sherawat. Aryan, who celebrates his birthday today, was a kid back then. To this question, SRK jokingly replied, “If he developed a crush on Mallika Sherawat, he will be playing with her, so I’ll say, ‘Can I also play with her sometime?”

Kajol and Rani Mukerji, who appeared on that episode with Shah Rukh could not control their laughter. While Rani called the thought sweet, Kajol called it “seriously gross.”
Aryan is looking forward to making his Bollywood debut with a series titled Stardom. Shah Rukh Khan mentioned on a couple of occasions that his son does not want to follow in his footsteps and become an actor, rather he wants to write and direct. Aryan has also voiced the character Simba in the Hindi version of Mufasa: The Lion King, along with his brother AbRam who voiced a younger Mufasa and SRK, who voiced Mufasa’s character.

Talking of Shah Rukh Khan, the actor is also preparing for his next film King alongside his daughter Suhana Khan.
