After the horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Kartik Aaryan is all set to start shooting for Mudassar Aziz’s Pati Patni Aur Woh 2. This development comes after the delay of Anurag Basu’s Metro…In Dino.

According to a report by a leading news portal, Anurag Basu’s Metro…In Dino is expected to face delays. The director reportedly wants to reshoot more scenes, as he is not happy with the outcome of some scenes. This decision has impacted Kartik’s schedule, who is now reportedly gearing up to film Mudassar Aziz’s Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 instead.

The report further suggests that Kartik is expected to begin filming by December. A source quote from the report mentions that Kartik wants to utilize his time to film Pati Patni Aur Woh 2, instead of waiting.

Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairy Tale trailer offers glimpses into Nayanthara’s journey of being a Lady Superstar. The trailer showcases titbits from her personal life as she opens up about a turbulent phase, before meeting her husband Vignesh Shivan.

It opens with Nayanthara’s stardom and follows with anecdotes from Rana Daggubati, Taapsee Pannu, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and others. The documentary later shows glimpses from her wedding, which was attended by Rajinikanth, Mani Ratnam, and Shah Rukh Khan. “I’ve shared so much of my life on screen, but this documentary is my gift to the fans — a chance to let them in on the chapters that shaped me,” the actress adds towards the end.

The documentary is scheduled to release on an OTT platform on November 18, 2024, which would also mark her 40th birthday.

Railway Worker Gets Trapped While Moving Train Coaches, Crushed To Death

A railway porter was killed during a shunting operation at Barauni Junction in Bihar’s Begusarai on Saturday, police said. The victim was identified as Amar Kumar Rao, a porter working at the station under the Sonpur Railway Division.

Mr Rao was killed while performing his duties on platform 5 of Barauni Junction, as the Lucknow-Barauni Express (No: 15204) arrived from Lucknow Junction. According to railway sources, the accident occurred when Rao was attempting to open the coupling of the train. The train unexpectedly reversed, trapping him between the carriages.

After the alarm was raised by onlookers, the train driver reportedly exited the train and fled the scene, failing to reverse the engine or take any action to prevent the accident. Mr Rao was crushed by the moving engine and died on the spot.

Visuals from the scene show Mr Rao trapped between two coaches while bystanders click photos on their mobile phones. 

An investigation has been launched by railway authorities into the incident.
