Imran Khan fans have been waiting with bated breath for his comeback in Bollywood. The actor was last seen in 2015 in the film Katti Batti where he shared the screen with Kangana Ranaut. Following that, he directed a short film in 2018 titled Mission Mars: Keep Walking India. However, he has been away from the screen since 2015.  However, that wait is about to be over now. Break Ke Baad director Danish Aslam has confirmed that he is working with the actor on a project.

During an interview, he said, “I can’t really talk about that too much right now. I am working with him (Imran) on something and there has already been some stuff about it in the press as well. Some of it is true, some of it is not.”
He also revealed that an official announcement will be made soon/ He continued, “Unfortunately, it is a project which is still a work in progress. So, the moment things are locked and fall into place, we will very happily announce it to the world. But all I can say is that I am working with Imran Khan on something.”

Imran Khan and Danish Aslam collaborated for the 2010 rom-com, Break Ke Baad. The film also starred Deepika Padukone, Sharmila Tagore and Shahana Goswami among others.
