Bong Joon Ho helmed Mickey 17 is scheduled to release on April 18, 2025 instead of January 31, 2025. The Oscar-winning Parasite director Bong Joon Ho has roped in Robert Pattinson for the titular role.

According to reports, the April 18th release was quickly secured for Mickey 17 without any further delays. The official description of the movie reads, “From the Academy Award-winning writer/director of Parasite, Bong Joon Ho, comes his next groundbreaking cinematic experience, “Mickey 17.” The unlikely hero, Mickey Barnes (Robert Pattinson) has found himself in the extraordinary circumstance of working for an employer who demands the ultimate commitment to the job… to die, for a living.”

Apart from Pattinson, the cast also includes Steven Yeun, Naomi Ackie, Toni Collette and Mark Ruffalo in leading roles.
