Madhuri Dixit Nene is set to appear in the horror-comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film will see her star alongside Vidya Balan, Kartik Aaryan, Triptii Dimri and others. The horror-comedy will clash with Singham Again at the box office this Diwali. In an exclusive interview with Filmfare, Madhuri Dixit shared her take, revealing that the viewers matter most.

Opening up about all the reports of a box office clash, leading up to the films’ release, Madhuri shared, “Before the movie releases, it’s all just noise for me, a whole lot of static. Everybody is saying something positive or negative but it doesn’t matter. What matters is the audience’s reaction once the film releases. They should like the movie. They should feel connected to it and think ‘Oh, I love this. It’s entertaining me, it’s making me emotional, it’s making me laugh.’ That’s your real test.”

She concluded, “I always wait for the film to release and see the audience’s reaction. That’s like your final exam.”

In a recent KBC episode, Amitabh Bachchan fondly recalled moments with the late industrialist Ratan Tata, whose humility left a lasting impression. Sharing one memorable incident, Mr. Bachchan mentioned how he and Mr. Tata once found themselves on a flight to London together. After landing at Heathrow Airport, Mr. Tata realized he couldn’t find his aides. “He went into a phone booth and soon came out asking me, ‘Amitabh, can I borrow some money from you? I don’t have cash to make a call,’” Bachchan said, smiling as he remembered.

Take a look at this:

Mr. Bachchan also recounted another occasion where Tata’s modesty surprised friends when he requested a ride home from a neighbour, mentioning he didn’t have a car nearby. “Can you imagine that?” Bachchan remarked.

Their friendship extended professionally as well, with Tata’s company, Tata Infomedia Ltd., producing the film Aetbaar starring Bachchan. Though the film didn’t fare well at the box office, Mr. Bachchan highlighted their shared commitment to the project.

Following Ratan Tata’s passing, Mr. Bachchan expressed his condolences on social media, calling Tata a visionary leader with immense foresight. His funeral saw many dignitaries in attendance, reflecting the deep respect he garnered in life.
