Sara Ali Khan’s BFF Orry recalls she once snatched his garlic naan; ‘Ripped it out of my mouth’

Sara Ali Khan, who entered Bollywood with Sushant Singh Rajput-starrer Kedarnath in 2018, is admired by fans for her relatable personality in public. The actress is also a big-time foodie. Her social media handle says it all. Sara Ali Khan’s BFF Orry Awatramani recently recalled that she snatched his garlic naan. Orry shared that the actress ‘ripped it’ out of his mouth.

During his podcast interview with Aleena Dissects on YouTube, Orry shared his take on Sara Ali Khan not being with him if there is a zombie apocalypse.

Orry imagined the apocalypse by saying that Sara would opt for the most “funkiest colors” and scream out loud. The internet personality quipped that he would “die”.

The internet personality noted that the Kedarnath star would perform a thumka (traditional Indian dance move) while sporting a “neon pink top” and carrying her ‘Kit-Kat bag’. She would also start screaming on the phone, he said.

“Also she will steal my food. I remember once I was eating a garlic naan and she ripped it out of my mouth and then she ate the garlic naan. And I will be like ‘that was my garlic naan, that was the only garlic naan in this house’ that was mine and she took it,” Orry shared on the podcast.

Orry Awatramani added that he doesn’t want to join Sara in the zombie apocalypse. In jest, Orry expressed that she would steal his toilet roll and batteries

In the same interview, Orry also revealed his fondest memory with Janhvi Kapoor from their New York diaries. Orry opened up by saying that they visited Washington Square Park in NYC and ended up “pushing” each other in a fountain. Orry added that they had a “fountain war” and clicked “cute pictures”.

Coming back to Sara Ali Khan, the actress has worked in movies like Simmba, Love Aaj Kal (2020), Atrangi Re, Ae Watan Mere Watan, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, and more.

Sara will now be seen in Anurag Basu’s upcoming directorial, Metro…In Dino, a sequel to Life in a…Metro (2007). The actress also has Skyforce and Eagle in the pipeline.

Was Liam Payne Seen as the Leader Of One Direction In The Early Days? Revisit The Claims Amid His Tragic Passing

Trigger Warning: This article contains mention of death

Liam Payne, 31, tragically passed away on Wednesday, October 16, allegedly after falling off the balcony of his hotel room from the third floor. As the Hollywood industry mourns the loss of the young artist, old video clips of Payne have resurfaced on the internet, including one where Payne claimed that the band One Direction was formed around him. The X-Factor UK had previously released footage of Payne’s audition video with Simon Cowell on the 12th anniversary of One Direction.

Speaking about the clip during his appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast, Payne described his interaction with Cowell, where he mentioned that he might have been a key reason behind the formation of the popular boy band.

The For You singer elaborated to the podcast host, saying, “From what I’ve heard, part of the reason One Direction was made was because of Simon’s promise to me that, ‘In two years, I’ll make this work for you.’”

He went on to reveal, “So he started with my face and then worked around the rest… I was the honorary member of One Direction. He told me that story himself at his house.”

Soon after the musician’s statements on Logan Paul’s show, Liam Payne was contradicted on the internet by both fans of the band and celebrities from the industry. Lizzo, on TikTok, commented on the Payne video, writing, “I don’t know who lied to that poor boy, but he was not the frontman.”

As for the video shared on The X Factor page, it shows the judges deciding which contestants would make a good band together. Simon Cowell was joined by Nicole Scherzinger as the duo lined up Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik. Out of the group, the judges felt that Payne’s performance was a standout from the rest and considered him for a leadership role in the band.

Scherzinger is heard saying to Cowell, “If he’s the standout, then he could be the leader.”

Meanwhile, the members of One Direction went their separate ways to pursue solo careers in 2016, with Zayn Malik exiting the boy band in 2015.

Liam Payne is survived by his parents, sisters, and his 7-year-old son, Bear.

Hamas Chief Yahya Sinwar Killed In Gaza Strike? “Checking”, Says Israel Army

Hamas Chief Yahya Sinwar Killed In Gaza Strike? “Checking”, Says Israel Army

The Israeli military said on Thursday that it was checking the possibility that it has killed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar following an operation in the Gaza Strip that it said had targeted three militants.

“At this stage, the identity of the terrorists cannot be confirmed,” it said in a statement.

It said there were no signs that Israeli hostages had been present in the building where the three militants were killed.

There was no immediate comment from Hamas.

If confirmed, the death of Sinwar would represent a major boost to the Israeli military and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after a string of high-profile assassinations of prominent leaders of its enemies in recent months.

Israel’s Army Radio said the incident had occurred during a targeted ground operation in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip during which Israeli troops killed three militants and took their bodies.

It said visual evidence suggested it was likely that one of the men was Sinwar and DNA tests were being conducted. Israel has samples of Sinwar’s DNA from his period in an Israeli jail.

Yahya Sinwar, the chief architect of the Oct. 7, 2023 attack on Israel that triggered the Gaza war, has been at the top of Israel’s wanted list ever since. But he has so far eluded detection, possibly hiding in the warren of tunnels Hamas has built under Gaza over the past two decades.

Previously leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, he was named as its overall leader following the assassination of former political chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran in August.

Israel also killed Hasan Nasrallah, leader of the Iranian-backed Hezbollah movement, in Beirut last month as well as much of the top leadership of the group’s military wing.

Hamas-led gunmen attacked Israel on Oct 7, 2023 killing some 1,200 people and taking more than 250 hostages into Gaza. Israel’s campaign in response has killed more than 42,000 people, turned much of Gaza into rubble and displaced most of its population.
