As they stepped into this new phase of their lives, they dropped the first glimpse of their little one in the official announcement.
Today, October 12, 2024, Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra made a joint announcement post on Instagram in which they confirmed the arrival of their baby and revealed her birth date. The first slide was an image with a blue background showing the moon and a white lotus. The text said, “Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day. 11.10.2024 Masaba & Satyadeep.”
The second slide contained a picture of their daughter’s feet. The caption of the post read, “11.10.24,” accompanied by a pink lotus emoji and a nazar amulet emoji.

The comments section of the post was filled with heartfelt wishes from the film industry. Sonam Kapoor expressed, “I’m so excited and happy,” while Dia Mirza wrote, “Welcome to our world baby girl.”
Shilpa Shetty, Athiya Shetty, Richa Chadha, Bipasha Basu, Esha Deol, and more congratulated the new parents. Rhea Kapoor left heart-eye emojis and Huma Qureshi showered love with red hearts. Archana Puran Singh stated, “Hearty congratulations Masaba and Sattu. Lots of love and best wishes and loads of blessings for the lil one.”
Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani, Mira Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, and others expressed their happiness by leaving a like on the post.
In April 2024, Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra revealed on Instagram that they were expecting a baby. The designer announced her pregnancy, saying, “In other news – Two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love, blessings and banana chips ( plain salted ONLY) #babyonboard #mom&dad.”
Masaba’s baby shower took place in August. It was a ‘Biscuit & Caramel’ themed event where Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, Neena Gupta and Soni Razdan were in attendance alongside other guests.
