Congress rebutted Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s critique of Rahul Gandhi’s statements on reservation. Dhankhar had accused Gandhi of promoting an anti-constitutional mindset. Congress queried whether Dhankhar endorses removing the 50% cap on reservations for SCs, STs, and OBCs, a stance advocated by Gandhi during his recent trip to the United States.

Punjab opposition leader Partap Singh Bajwa criticised Union minister Ravneet Singh Bittu for his derogatory remarks against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
