Ananya Panday is currently enjoying the release of her recently released web show, Call Me Bae. Meanwhile, the actress’ dating rumors with former model Walker Blanco often grab attention. During a recent conversation, Ananya called herself ‘mysterious’ as she reacted to her relationship status.

During a recent conversation with Zoom, Ananya Panday was asked by a fan about her relationship status and the qualities she looks for in an ideal partner. In her response, the actress quipped, “Ah, mysterious Ananya.” She further continued by stating, “So, the first part is gonna be a mystery because as I said I’m a mysterious person.”

Reflecting on the ideal qualities, the Call Me Bae actress mentioned that she would want somebody who cheers her up and can support her dreams. According to her, it is rare to find people who support a young working woman and help her pursue her dream. Hailing it as a “very attractive quality,” the actress mentioned that she would want somebody to be herself, who makes her laugh, and someone who is her good friend more than anything.

Ananya enjoys huge popularity on social media. Considering the celebrated actress she is, keeping her relationship private is a hard nut to crack. Upon being asked how she manages to keep it away from the public eye, the actress admitted not being a private person in general.

She continued by mentioning that even if she would want to maintain secrecy, it somehow comes out in public. Thus, the actress finds herself in a constant fight with herself.

“If I love someone, I am with someone I would like to scream it out from the rooftops and I believe in celebrating relationships and not hiding them, but I also understand that sometimes it’s not fair to the person that you’re with or your partner to kind of expose them to that world if they don’t want to be exposed,” she said.

The 25-year-old actress further expressed her belief, stating that if things are private and just between two people, “it can end up being more special” and she keeps reminding herself that.

It is important to mention that Ananya’s relationship rumors with former model Walker Blanco started in August earlier this year. According to a report published in Bombay Times, the two met during the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. According to a source mentioned in the report, the actress introduced Blanco as her partner during the celebration. However, the two have remained tight-lipped on the speculations doing rounds on the internet.

According to Walker’s Instagram profile, he originally hails from the United States. It has also been reported that he works at Vantara, an animal shelter in Jamnagar, Gujarat, owned by Anant Ambani. His Facebook profile reveals that he currently lives in Miami, Florida, though he hails from Chicago, Illinois, and attended Westminster Christian School in Illinois.

Just a couple of days back, a video posted by Ananya’s cousin Alanna Panday on her YouTube channel had taken over the internet. The video showed Alanna meeting everyone when she returned to India. Meanwhile, it was Ananya’s pendant that caught everyone’s attention as it featured the initials ‘AW,’ which left netizens to speculate that it represented Ananya and her rumored boyfriend Walker.

On the work front, last seen in Call Me Bae, Ananya will be next seen in Vikramaditya Motwane’s CTRL. It is poised to release on Netflix on October 4.

Jaya Bachchan’s relationship with the paparazzi has always been one-of-a-kind and the internet enjoys it with a bucket of popcorn. The veteran actress often lashes out at them for anything and everything and now celebrity photographer Manav Manglani has spilled the inside scoop as to what exactly boils up to Jaya Bachchan’s miffed behavior towards the shutterbugs.

While speaking to Aleena Dissects, Manav said the media presence has massively increased these days, and she is not used to so many flashes. “During her days, there were hardly a few people, who would do it all very gently,” said Manglani adding Mrs Bachchan never minds paps at press conferences or film premieres.

“She hates it when they spot her off-guard. She gets shocked, ‘How come so many people gathered here, we were just out for dinner’,” revealed Manav and acknowledged that she also engages in fun banters with paps but that doesn’t make it to the headlines more often. The paparazzi revealed how the actress suggests angles to the paps saying, “Yeh niche kaha photo le rahe ho, iss angle se lo (Why are you clicking photo from a low angle, shoot it from here).”

According to Manav, Jaya Bachchan is not media savvy and is used to only four-five people from certain channels. “She has her own funda.” After all, expecting a lot from someone who just wants to step out with family, friends, and premieres is just too much. It’s always better to click someone who wants to get clicked rather than miff someone, record them, and invite hate towards them.

During one of her recent appearances on the What The Hell Navya podcast, Jaya Bachchan spoke about how she hates the invasion of privacy. Jaya shared, “I hate it. I despise it. I despise the people who interfere in your personal life and fill their stomachs by selling those products. I hate it, I’m disgusted with such people. I always tell them, I say, ‘Aapko sharam nahi aati hai’.”

On the work front, Jaya was last seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani where she played the character of Ranveer Singh’s grandmother.

How Opposition BJP, Congress Responded To Arvind Kejriwal’s Sunday Shocker

Shortly after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that he would resign within two days and seek justice in the “people’s court”, the BJP hit back, questioning if this decision was due to a “rift” in Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) that its leader cannot handle.

BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi and Delhi BJP chief Virendraa Sachdeva slammed the Delhi Chief Minister and alleged that his corruption has hollowed out governance in the national capital.

“You didn’t resign when in jail, but are now announcing that you will resign in 48 hours? People want to know the mystery behind these 48 hours. You don’t have to discharge duties of the Chief Minister, why do you need 48 hours?” Mr Trivedi asked.

The Supreme Court on Friday granted bail to Mr Kejriwal in a corruption case linked to Delhi’s now-scrapped liquor policy, six months after his arrest. The court has, however, imposed several conditions on the AAP leader. He cannot enter the Chief Minister’s office and sign official documents unless necessary to obtain the Lieutenant Governor’s sanctions.

“What is the personal work for which you are seeking 48 hours? His resignation announcement is his confession. Another suspicion arises. You are demanding an early election. Maybe this talk of a poll battle is coming from a battle within your party that you feel you cannot handle. What is the desperation behind this resignation talk?”

The BJP MP said Mr Kejriwal is still the Delhi Chief Minister and has a huge majority in the Assembly. “If you want polls, call a cabinet meeting, dissolve the Assembly. What’s there to demand?”

Addressing the media, Delhi BJP chief Virendraa Sachdeva said Mr Kejriwal is saying the people should decide if he should be Chief Minister. “The people have announced their verdict three months back (during Lok Sabha polls). You had roamed Delhi streets and asked for votes. The people gave their answer and put you in your place,” he said.

The BJP leader said 40 Delhi children lost their lives because the AAP government did not clean drains. “And you say you are honest? The cause of their death is your corruption,” he said.

Targeting the AAP government’s much-touted education model, he said there are not enough teachers in Delhi schools.

The Congress, which fought the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi in alliance with AAP, described the Chief Minister’s resignation announcement as a “political stunt”. Delhi Congress chief Devender Yadav said Mr Kejriwal resigned because he has no powers as Chief Minister and is bound by the Supreme Court’s conditions. “This is a political stunt and nothing else. This will have no impact on the upcoming elections. People want change now,” he said.

Explaining Mr Kejriwal’s announcement, Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said, “Arvind Kejriwal has faith in the public. He is known for taking risks. He quit his Income Tax department job and worked in Delhi’s shanties for 10 years. He did not know then that AAP would be formed and he would become Chief Minister.”

Atishi, also a Delhi minister, told NDTV that it is important to understand the man Arvind Kejriwal to understand his decision. “He left the Income Tax commissioner job because he wanted to work for the country. He started AAP from zero because he wanted corruption-free politics. When he could not bring a law against corruption, he resigned. Now imagine how he feels when he is accused of corruption, how he feels that maybe people are talking behind her back. His biggest asset is his honesty, and he has relied on that honesty to make this announcement. Is there another politician or party in this country who has the guts to throw a challenge like this?” she asked.
