Kamala Harris experienced a minor poll increase after her debate with Donald Trump, yet the Presidential race stays competitive in key battleground states. Both resumed campaigning; Harris was buoyed by favorable reviews while Trump declined another debate challenge, insisting on his victory despite mixed reactions to his performance.
