The Supreme Court granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a case concerning the excise policy. The court emphasized that prolonged incarceration would be an unjust deprivation of liberty and questioned the timing of his arrest by the CBI, suggesting it raised serious concerns about their actions.
