Check out the fan reactions here:

Well, coming to Aarti Ravi’s statement, the former star wife revealed that she was not made aware by her husband Jayam Ravi before publicly announcing their divorce on social media. She expressed her disappointment that after so many years of their marriage, even as little as this amount of dignity was not offered to her.

Aarti said, “I was deeply shocked and saddened by the recent public announcement regarding our marriage, which was made without my knowledge or consent. After 18 years of shared history, I believe that such a significant matter should be handled with the grace, respect and privacy that it deserves.”

Furthermore, Aarti revealed that she had attempted to have a civil conversation with her husband, Jayam Ravi on this matter, considering the impact such a news announced publicly might have on their family as a whole. However, the entrepreneur remarked that both she and their children were left unaware about the entire matter.

For the unversed, it was on September 9, 2024, when Jayam Ravi announced separating from his wife Aarti and ending their marriage of 15 years.

‘We Work At It’: Denzel Washington’s Wife Pauletta Sheds Light On Secret To Long-Lasting Marriage

Denzel Washington and his wife Pauletta have been close to each other through the 40 years of marriage. The couple was recently seen supporting their kids for their new achievements at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, while also shedding light on what has kept their relationship strong.

The family was present at the highly acclaimed film festival for the premiere of The Piano Lesson on September 10, 2024. Here, The Equalizer actor and his wife proudly showed up to support the feature, which is also the directorial debut of their son, Malcom Washington.

During the media interaction at the event, Pauletta gave a few insights into her love-filled and long-lasting marriage with Denzel, 69.

“There is no secret,” Pauletta shared while talking about the successful 41 years of togetherness. She then went on to add that both herself and the Man of Fire actor work on the marriage as one.

“We work at it,” she continued.

The wife of the two-time Oscar winner also stated that you have to pray a lot of times to strengthen the relationship and to stay in forgiveness; however, it also happens to be the basic love from both sides that keeps it going on.

Talking about the couple, Denzel Washington and Pauletta met on the set of Wilma back in 1977, which was Denzel’s first film. A few months down the line, the two spoke to each other for the first time during a party thrown by a mutual friend.

Six years later they tied the knot and welcomed four children over time: John David, 40, Katia, 37, and twins Malcolm and Olivia, 33.

While at the TIFF, the couple celebrated their son Malcolm’s feature film premiere; they even celebrated John David’s starring role as well as Katia’s producing credit. Moreover, Denzel himself had co-produced the film.

Sharing his thoughts at the TIFF, The Book of Eli actor stated to the outlet that he is happy to see that people will finally have a look at the work of Malcolm. He then went on to add that he is excited about his and his son’s future together with August Wilson, whose 1987 play has been adapted into the stated movie.

The Piano Lesson will be released in selected theaters on November 8, 2024, while being available for streaming on Netflix from November 22, 2024.

“Speaking Anti-National Things…”: Amit Shah On Rahul Gandhi’s Reservation Remark

Hitting out at Rahul Gandhi’s remarks at events in the US, Union Home Minister Amit Shah today said it has become a habit for the Congress leader to stand with “forces that conspire to divide the country”.

“Standing with forces that conspire to divide the country and making anti-national statements have become a habit for Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party. Whether it is supporting the JKNC’s anti-national and anti-reservation agenda in J&K or making anti-India statements on foreign platforms, Rahul Gandhi has always threatened the nation’s security and hurt sentiments,” Mr Shah said in a post on X.

“Rahul Gandhi’s statement lays bare the Congress’s politics of causing rifts on the lines of regionalism, religion, and linguistic differences. By speaking about abolishing reservations in the country, Rahul Gandhi has once again brought the Congress’s anti-reservation face to the forefront. The thoughts that were in his mind eventually found their way out as words,” he added.

“I want to tell Rahul Gandhi that as long as the BJP is there, neither can anyone abolish reservations nor can anyone mess with the nation’s security,” the Home Minister said.

Mr Shah was responding to Mr Gandhi’s remarks at Georgetown University, in which he said Congress would think of scrapping reservations when “India is a fair place”, which is not the case right now.
