How Did Angelina Jolie’s Sons Behave On Set Of Their Mom’s Directorial Without Blood? Salma Hayek Pinault REVEALS

Angelina Jolie is a hands-on mom and ensured she had the right support on set! Her sons, Maddox and Pax, were hardworking contributors to their mom’s upcoming film Without Blood.

The actress who wrote and directed the new film Without Blood with Salma Hayek Pinault in the lead role along with Demián Bichir had its world premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.

Furthermore, the two eldest of Jolie’s six kids worked in the assistant director department, which serves as the liaison between the director and other units.

Hayek who was at the PEOPLE/Entertainment Weekly TIFF suite on September 8 mentioned her kids and said they were very hard working and reportedly Jolie was “very professional with them” on set.

Hayek had all the good things to say about the two boys. She said they were very serious and poised. Since Jolie is demanding as a director she treated her sons just like the rest of the crew members.

Hayek said that at the beginning of the shoot, she was playful toward Maddox and Pax, but then she realized that she had to treat them like professionals since it might appear quite disrespectful.

Additionally, Hayek’s 16-year-old daughter Valentina whom she shares with husband François-Henri Pinault was also present on the set. Altogether it was lovely to shoot on set, as it became comfortable and lovely, especially when complex characters included “sowing suffrage”.

Salma Hayek described the atmosphere of the set as feeling “like home” for her.

Those who have missed the film in theaters can watch it on OTT sooner than expected. Yes, you read it right. According to reports, the film might be available on Netflix after four weeks of its theatrical run.

Recently, in an interview with a Tamil media outlet, director Venkat Prabhu mentioned that GOAT’s original runtime was much longer. Therefore, makers have been planning to release the uncut version, which is about 3 hours and 20 minutes long, on the OTT platforms. For the unversed, the censor board trimmed GOAT’s final runtime to 3 hours and 3 minutes in order to receive a U/A certificate.

Also, Venkat Prabhu and his team intend to share the deleted scenes from Vijay starrer GOAT on their social media handles once the film’s theatrical run is complete.

Moreover, the extended version of GOAT will reportedly include all the deleted scenes and will be available on Netflix. Some of the deleted scenes also include some hilarious moments with Vijay’s younger character in the film. However, the makers have not yet announced the release date of the film on OTT platforms.

Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT has left fans eagerly anticipating a sequel, as announced in the end credits of the film. For those who haven’t watched the film yet, GOAT will have a second part titled GOAT vs OG, which will be a “Venkat Prabhu villain”.

The sequel will reportedly introduce a new villain to the narrative instead of focusing on the hero. “Prevent Undue Panic”: Centre’s Advisory To States On Mpox

The government on Monday recommended screening and testing of all suspected Mpox, or monkeypox patients, and isolation of confirmed cases, as well as contact tracing to “prevent and/or minimise risk of any case or death due to Mpox in the country”.

States and union territories have been urged to identify hospitals to prep isolation facilities and stand ready to receive suspected and confirmed cases, which will need increased resources.

It is “crucial”, the government also said to guard against “undue panic amongst the masses”.

To that end, the Health Ministry has recommended dissemination of guidelines on “management of monkeypox disease” and of a detailed surveillance strategy for tracking of suspected cases and contact tracing – similar to exhaustive measures at the height of the Covid pandemic.

It also offered a list of “laboratories operationalised to undertake testing, clinical management protocol, infection prevention and control practices, as well as risk communication strategies.

The ministry further called for a “review of public health preparedness, particularly at health facility level at state and districts by senior officials”.

This should include briefing healthcare workers, “especially those working in skin/STD (sexually transmitted disease) clinics, about symptoms, differential diagnoses, and action to be taken following detection of a Mpox case”.

To ensure information about Mpox and its common symptoms are widely available, the Health Ministry referred to the latest update by the World Health Organization, which indicated that a majority of monkeypox patients are men between the age of 18 and 44, and present with rash (systemic or genital) followed by fever as the most common symptoms.

Last month Mpox was declared a PHEIC, or Public Health Emergency of International Concern, by the WHO which had assessed the risk of spread of the current outbreak from beyond Africa, where a surge in cases has been reported from the Democratic Republic of Congo and also from other nations like Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda. There is also a new strain from the DRC, scientists said.
