Sobhita Dhulipala flaunts her dainty engagement ring in new photos; here’s how Naga Chaitanya reacted

Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya have become the most buzzed-about couple ever since the duo got engaged. The couple had managed to keep their relationship under wraps for the longest time, and it was finally with their engagement pictures that they melted everyone’s hearts with their romance. And now, as Sobhita stunningly flaunted her engagement ring, Naga Chaitanya had a special reaction to the same.

Taking to her account on Instagram, Sobhita Dhulipala dropped a bunch of her pictures, wherein she is seen looking gorgeous in a safari-inspired saree. Her attire was in hues of ochre, black and white. A pretty choker and matching earrings completed her look.

However, what grabbed the spotlight was the flashy diamond ring on her finger, a mark of her recent engagement with Naga Chaitanya. And the Dhootha actor too couldn’t help but double tap a.k.a like his fiancee’s glamorous updo, while her fans were floored by her beauty.

Besides Chay, several fans of the couple have also gushed over Sobhita pictures as she exudes gorgeousness in each frame.

Well, it has been days after their engagement in Hyderabad on August 8, 2024. However, the couple has yet to make any public appearance together. Nonetheless, a report earlier by Filmibeat Telugu had sparked rumors about the possibility of the same.

As per the scoop, Sobhita Dhulipala would probably join Naga Chaitanya and make their first-ever public appearance together in the Nagarjuna-hosted reality show, Bigg Boss Telugu 8. The soon-to-be-married couple will be a part of a special program arranged by the makers, which will bring lots of exciting twists and turns for the housemates.

Apart from that, speculations about the couple’s forthcoming wedding keep hitting headlines every now and then. While there is yet to be any official confirmation on the matter, rumors claim that Chay and Sobhita are planning a destination wedding in Rajasthan. The couple seemingly are in love with the deep culture and traditions of the state and wish to have a grand wedding in a palace-like hotel.

Again, it must be noted that there is no official confirmation on the buzz from either of the actors’ sides.

On the work front, Naga Chaitanya would be next seen in Thandel.

Tori Spelling Recalls How Shannen Doherty ‘Inspired’ Her As She’s Set To Compete In DWTS: ‘Encouraged Me To Turn My Power On’

Trigger Warning: This article contains mention of death.

Tori Spelling, 51, is all set to embark on the Dancing With The Stars journey! But she is definitely keeping in mind the encouragement she got from her late Beverly Hills 90210 co-star Shannen Doherty, who sadly passed away in July battling breast cancer.

On Wednesday, September 4, she conversed with People magazine after the reality show’s cast reveal and stated that it’s surely a difficult time doing this show with the “excitement” and, on the other hand, having lost her former castmate. But Spelling remembered that Shannen “loved doing it and was totally in it.” The Charmed actress has also appeared on DWTS previously in season 10.

Spelling further continued, “She definitely in life has inspired me that, you know, when you commit, you commit. And I definitely, this season, she has encouraged me to turn my power on.” She went on to say, “So I’ll take that with me.”

Shannen, whose death shocked everyone, has truly done praise-worthy work in the entertainment industry. Her death was confirmed by her publicist, Leslie Sloan.

Spelling also reflected on the other Beverly Hills 90210 cast member, who is also a DWTS alum, Brian Austin Green encouraging her. She said that he knew about it all since she received the phone call, and she questioned about not knowing what to do or if she should take part in it or not. Green inspired her by saying that she needed to do that and that she would be “amazing.”

The 51-year-old also touched up on Sharna Burgess, the ex-pro dancer on the ABC show and wife of Green, knowing that Pasha Pashkov would be a “perfect” partner for the Scary Movie 2 star. She asked Burgess every type of question about who she would get as a partner, and she went through everyone and said, “Here’s why I think they would work for you.”

This season, the reality show also includes Eric Robers, Phaedra Parks, Anna Delvey, Danny Aemndola, Dwight Howards, Brooks Nader, Joey Graziadei, Ilona Maher, Chandler Kinney, Henn Tran, Stephen Nedoroscik and Reginald VelJohnson.

Dancing With The Stars’s Season 33 will premiere on September 17, Wednesday, on Disney+ and ABC. The episodes of the show can be watched the next day on Hulu.

“Wanted Body Preserved, Forced To Cremate”: Kolkata Doctor’s Parents

Raising big questions about the Kolkata Police’s response after the horrifying rape and murder of a doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, the victim’s parents have alleged that they wanted the body preserved, but were forced to proceed with the cremation.

Parents and relatives of the 31-year-old doctor attended the protests outside the state-run hospital last night. Levelling serious charges against the city cops, the victim’s father said a senior police officer offered them money when their daughter’s body was in front of them, according to reports in local media.

“We wanted the body preserved, but so much pressure was created. About 300-400 cops surrounded us. We returned home and found some 300 cops were standing outside. They created such a situation that we were forced to cremate her,” he alleged. He also said the cremation was rushed and the cost was not taken from the family. “My daughter went knowing that Bapi (father) could not even pay for this,” the victim’s father said. He also alleged that some police officers tried to get his signature on a blank sheet of paper. “I tore it up and threw it away.”

“When my daughter’s body was at our home, DC North tried to give us some money. We replied to him accordingly,” he said.

Expressing full support to the doctors protesting at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in demand of justice for their friend and colleague, the victim’s mother said, “I cannot sleep. I want the criminals to lose sleep too. The protest should continue till we get justice.”

The victim’s father questioned why hospital authorities told them even before the body was examined that their daughter had died by suicide. “We had to wait for three-and-a-half hours to see our daughter’s face. Her mother fell on their feet to let us see her. Why was autopsy delayed? Why did police file an unnatural death case? I filed the complaint at Tala Police Station around 7 pm. Why then was FIR registered at 11.45?” he asked.

The sequence of events after the doctor’s body was found in the hospital’s seminar hall has repeatedly come under the scanner in the courts. While Kolkata Police has told the Supreme Court in its affidavit that the victim’s parents had to wait for just 10 minutes before they were taken to the seminar hall where the body was found, the parents have stressed that they waited for over three hours and begged the cops to let them see their daughter.

The Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court have also questioned why the hospital administration did not file a police complaint, leading to the cops registering an unnatural death case. The delay in filing the FIR has also raised questions. “What is the reason the FIR is lodged almost 14 hours after the discovery of the (body)?” Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud asked during the hearing in Supreme Court. Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for the West Bengal government, has stressed the cops followed procedure to a tee.

The victim’s parents had earlier approached the Calcutta High Court, following which the investigation into the case was transferred to CBI.

Kolkata continues to witnessed massive protests against the August 9 incident. Last night, residents of the city turned off their lights for an hour to demand justice for the victim. Lights were also turned off at the landmarks such as Victoria Memorial and Raj Bhavan as part of the protest. Governor CV Ananda Bose lit candles at Raj Bhavan and shared visuals on X. “When light is fear, darkness is dear,” read the caption.
