Air India confirmed their focus on the safety of crew after an air hostess was assaulted by an intruder at London’s Radisson Hotel. They are supporting the victim through counselling and cooperating with local police. The intruder, possibly homeless, was arrested following the incident. Hotel security measures are under scrutiny.

The victim in her diary mentioned that she was under tremendous stress and was loaded with intense work for a past few weeks.

Junior doctors have been demanding that the culprits be punished as quickly as possible, and the post-mortem examination report of the victim be made public.
