Sharad Pawar’s convoy was stopped by Maratha activists in Kurduvadi, demanding his support for Maratha reservation. During his rally in Barshi, an activist attempted self-immolation but was stopped by police. Pawar criticized PM Modi for failing to double farmers’ incomes and neglecting youth unemployment issues, claiming the economy could suffer as a result.
