Delhi Police arrested Abhishek Gupta, CEO of Rau’s IAS Study Circle, and coordinator Deshpal Singh after three students drowned in the institute’s flooded basement. The basement lacked a drainage system and necessary clearances. Initial reports suggest water entered when an SUV sped past the flooded road. Police will record statements from rescued students to determine events.

JRD Tata was born in Paris, France, on July 29, 1904, as the son of Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata and Suzanne Brière. In 1929, he became the first licenced pilot in India.
