Former US President Donald Trump has urged Americans to stay united to prevent “Evil from winning” after surviving an assassination attempt. In a post on his social media network, Trump thanked everyone for their prayers and credited divine intervention for his survival. Trump confirmed he was not seriously injured and mentioned undergoing a medical check-up. “It was God alone who prevented the unthinkable from happening,” Trump wrote. He reassured supporters by stating he was “fine” and in good health.
