Legendary singer Usha Uthup’s husband Jani Chacko Uthup passed away at their Kolkata residence earlier today following a massive cardiac arrest.
Jani, who was associated with the tea plantation industry, experienced discomfort while watching television. The last rites will be performed today, as informed by the family.
Usha Uthup and Jani met in the early 70’s and have two children, son Sunny and daughter Anjali.
