BJP in UP strategizing post Lok Sabha poll setback by focusing on governance and organizational changes to counter an assertive opposition like the Samajwadi Party-Congress combine. Highly placed sources in the BJP said that the party brass was categorically against pressing the panic button in what could relay signals of distress within the party.
