Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico was injured in a shooting incident in Handlova, approximately 150 kilometers northeast of the capital, Bratislava. He was shot in the abdomen but was conscious upon arrival at the hospital. A suspect was quickly detained at the scene, and Fico was rushed to the hospital where he received treatment.
