In the clip, Boman Irani is seen sitting with a guitar and singing the popular song Give Me Sunshine from 3 Idiots, while Anupam Kher records the moment on his phone. The room was filled with close friends and family who had gathered to celebrate the actor’s birthday. Among those present were Kher’s mother Dulari, filmmaker Ashoke Pandit, and Boman’s wife Zenobia Irani, who watched the performance with a smile.

The video was shared on Instagram by actor and director Yogesh Pagare, quickly catching the attention of fans online. Many viewers loved the candid and cheerful vibe of the evening, with the moment between the two actors standing out as a highlight of the celebration.

Meanwhile, Anupam Kher recently shared an emotional note on Instagram addressed to his 16 year old self. Reflecting on his journey, the veteran actor said he still feels like the same boy from Shimla who once dreamt big. He thanked his younger self for never giving up and for continuing to chase those dreams with determination.

On the professional front, Anupam Kher has joined the cast of Prabhas starrer Fauzi, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, a film set in the 1940s and centred around a soldier from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s Azad Hind Sena. He will also be seen in Khosla Ka Ghosla 2, alongside Boman Irani and Ranvir Shorey, which is scheduled to release on August 28. His last appearance was in his directorial venture Tanvi The Great, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival before its theatrical release last July.
