After long anticipation, Yash Raj Films has announced the final release date for Alia Bhatt and Sharvari starrer ALPHA. They have confirmed the new release date of the Shiv Rawail directorial with a striking creative. Taking to social media, the makers have shared that the movie will be theatrically released on July 10, 2026.

For those unaware, ALPHA will bring together Alia and Sharvari in action-packed avatars. YRF made the announcement with the caption, “#ALPHA 10.07.2026 @aliaabhatt @sharvari @anilskapoor @iambobbydeol #ShivRawail #AdityaChopra #AkshayeWidhani #YRFSpyUniverse.” Interestingly, the actors have also shared the same creative, fueling excitement amongst fans. Alongside Alia and Sharvari, the movie will also star Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in leading roles.

While not much has been revealed about the movie, Alia and Sharvari had shared a heartfelt click during filming previously. A creative video was also shared, announcing the name of the movie. In the video, Alia was heard speaking about the importance of the world ‘ALPHA,’ which happens to be the name of the first letter in the Greek alphabet system. She said, “Greek aphabet ka sabse pehla akshar, aur humaari programme ka motto. Sabse pehle, sabse tez…” Alia captioned the reel as, “It’s the time of the ALPHA… Girls.”

ALPHA will join the line-up of Spy Universe films including Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, Salman Khan’s Tiger films and Hrithik Roshan’s War and War 2.

In other news, Alia Bhatt is also filming for Love & War with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. The film is being helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Sharvari will be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s next project with Ahaan Panday. The details about the same have been kept under the wraps for now.
