The Washington Post’s Ukraine correspondent has announced that she was laid off by the billionaire Jeff Bezos-owned newspaper “in the middle of a war zone.”

Elon Musk said he wants to put as many as a million satellites into orbit to form vast, solar-powered data centers in space.

The layoffs have hit The Washington Post’s international coverage particularly hard, with large portions of its foreign staff affected.
