Gunshots were fired at filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s residence in Mumbai on Sunday, leading to the detention of five persons in Pune, with the preliminary probe pointing at their links with Lawrence Bishnoi gang member Shubham Lonkar.

According to the complaint filed by the victim’s mother, the incident occurred on January 21 at around 12.30 pm in the school ground.

The Phulpur-Babatpur police, said that a note claiming that there was a bomb in the aircraft was found written on a piece of paper, triggering an alert.
