A married real estate mogul is accused of offering a female subordinate more than $3 million drawn from his company’s stock as part of an “indecent proposal” to lure her away from her husband, according to a lawsuit.

The IT Department conducted raids on companies linked to him on Thursday morning. The raids allegedly revealed that he held assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

Khalid Saifi has been in judicial custody since February 2020. He is a primary accused in FIR 59/2020, often referred to as the ‘larger conspiracy case’
