Saiyaara became one of the biggest blockbusters of recent times and as the film completed 6 months, its lead stars took to social media to share an adorable post. The Mohit Suri directorial marked the debut of Ahaan Panday and made Aneet Padda a household name. It was released theatrically on July 18, 2025.

Saiyaara earned over Rs 579 crore at the box office worldwide and in India, it collected approximately Rs 337 crore. 

Ahaan and Aneet not only impressed the audience with their onscreen chemistry, but they also continue to remain good friends off camera. Their proximity with each other also sparked dating rumours.

However, Ahaan once clarified in an interview that Aneet is his best friend. “The whole internet thinks we’re together, but we’re not. Chemistry isn’t always romantic; it’s about comfort, safety, and being seen. We’ve both made each other feel that. Even though she’s not my girlfriend, I’ll never have a bond like I have with Aneet,” he told GQ.

He continued, “Before Saiyaara, we both loved this Paulo Coelho quote: ‘It’s the possibility of a dream coming true that makes life interesting.’ We dreamed this together, and it came true. What we’ve shared is so special.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aneet Padda will soon be seen leading Maddock Horror Comedy Universe’s sixth film titled Shakti Shalini. She will reportedly be seen in a courtroom drama with Fatima Sana Shaikh as well. Ahaan Panday, on the other hand, is preparing for an upcoming action drama directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and backed by Yash Raj Films with Sharvari and Aaishvary Thackeray starring alongside him.
