A Congress MLA from Madhya Pradesh, Phool Singh, has sparked controversy by linking rape to religious scriptures. He alsoclaimed that seeing a beautiful woman could disturb a man, leading to rape. He further alleged that certain texts promise spiritual rewards for sexual acts with women from Dalit or tribal communities, even if they were not beautiful.

As per the alert, these gangsters are active across Haryana, Delhi-NCR, UP and Rajasthan, and are gradually establishing links with Khalistani terrorist elements.
