Scott Adams, the US cartoonist famous for his “Dilbert” comic strip whose career was later soured by a racism row, has died at age 68, his ex-wife said Tuesday.

Three separate firing incidents, allegedly linked to gangsters, were reported from different parts of the national capital during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday, police said.
