Mumbai is witnessing a trend that is no longer surprising. It is a harsh reality that over one million Indians are still waiting in employment-based green card backlogs. According to a recent analysis by the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP), more than 1.2 million Indians, along with their dependents, are currently waiting in the employment-based green card categories.
