Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra – the owners of the Goa club where 25 people died in a massive fire – allegedly ran 42 shell companies, most of whom had one Delhi address.

A Delhi court rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Goa, where a fire killed 25 people.
